- Pre-heat the oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drizzle your buns in oil.
- Heat your pan on medium heat with oil.
- Thinly slice your onion
- Season meat with salt and pepper
- When oven is heated place buns in oven and toast for ~10min
- Place meat on pan and cook to desired temperature
- Remove meat and place to cool
- In the same pan add onions with balsamic vinegar
- Slice meat into thin strips
- Sauce: mince and mix your garlic with mayo
- Prepare: coat buns in sauce and top with meat and onions.
- If desired, add crumbled blue cheese on top for an extra layer of flavor.
