Ingredients
- 6 cups Western Family Buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 cup milk (buttermilk or regular)
- 3.5 cups water
- 1 tbsp Western Family all natural peanut butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 small banana, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup Western Family milk chocolate chips
- Western Family Maple Syrup
- Butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 F and prepare a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray. (*Any size baking sheet will work, adjust cooking time based on height).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk and water until well combined and there are no lumps.
- Pour batter into the sheet and spread out evenly. Using a spatula, line out 4 quadrants and add the toppings accordingly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes. It will puff up and you can use the back of a spatula to gently press down. *Optional: spread the top with butter and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes to get a nice golden top.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
- Pack away any extras for the week and reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
